Terms of Service

These Terms help define the relationship between you and Litgo. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our Services if you agree to follow these Terms, which reflect how Litgo works and how we earn money.

When we speak of "Litgo," "we," "us," and "our," we mean the Litgo entity that provides the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Your Account

To access certain features of the Services, you must create a Litgo account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques, security measures, or rate limits we employ.
• Use the Services to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent career documents intended to deceive employers.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data or source code from the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available.

3.1 Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the resumes, job descriptions, and personal data you submit to our Services ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

By uploading Your Content, you grant Litgo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and modify Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services.

3.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and text generated by our AI (excluding Your Content), are the exclusive property of Litgo and its licensors. We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Litgo, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

4.1 Fees and Billing

Free accounts include a limited number of career intelligence analyses per month, as described on our Pricing page. Certain features — including AI resume rewrites and downloadable exports — require payment. By selecting a paid tier (one-time or subscription), you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

4.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Account Settings via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for one-time resume optimization purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the AI rewrite output, contact support@getlitgo.com within seven (7) days of your original purchase for a full refund. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by applicable law.

5.1 Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, but there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services.

AI-generated analyses, scores, and resume rewrites are provided for informational and coaching purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy and truthfulness before submitting materials to employers. Litgo does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, NEITHER RESUFIX AI NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".

5.2 Limitation of Liability

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUFIX AI, AND RESUFIX AI'S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF RESUFIX AI, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time. Litgo may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time, if you do not comply with these Terms or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. We will post notice of modifications to these Terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the additional terms for a specific Service, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

These terms control the relationship between Litgo and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

The laws of Delaware, U.S.A., excluding Delaware's conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Delaware, USA, and you and Litgo consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
